本規約は、「AI Factory」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
These Terms of Service govern the use of “AI Factory” (“the Service”).
1. サービス内容 / Service Description
- 本サービスは、AIによる自動コンテンツ生成および投稿支援を行います。
- The Service provides automated content generation and posting support using AI.
2. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 他者の権利侵害・誹謗中傷
- サービス運営を妨害する行為
Prohibited acts include:
- Acts in violation of laws or public order and morals
- Infringement of others’ rights or defamation
- Interference with service operation
3. 免責事項 / Disclaimer
- AI生成物の内容や正確性に関して、運営は合理的な努力をしますが、その完全性を保証しません。
- 利用者は、自己責任で本サービスを利用するものとします。
The operator will make reasonable efforts regarding AI-generated content, but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Users use the Service at their own risk.
4. 年齢制限 / Age Restrictions
- 13歳未満の方はご利用いただけません。
- Users under the age of 13 may not use this Service.
5. 規約変更 / Changes to Terms
- 本規約は、必要に応じて予告なく変更されることがあります。
- These terms may be changed as necessary without notice.
